If you would like to improve your fitness but are worried about keeping up in a conventional exercise class, why not try the Functional Fitness Class on Wednesday morning 10:30 to 11:30 in the Main Hall. This small and friendly class takes a gentle approach to exercise, which would suit anyone who has mobility limitations.
